One thing that has amazed me in regard to Albania is how no two apartment buildings or houses are alike. Lots of color is typically used, and often the buildings are embellished. It’s all so visually interesting.

The bottom two photos are of a building still under construction designed to resemble Skanderbeg. My friend Cat, of Cat’s Wire, joked about giving people directions: “I live in Skanderbeg’s nose.” Ha!
